PLEASE NOTE:

The following information is from the 2008 Grand Rapids Boat Show.

The Queen of the Show

Harking back to the early days of the Nation's grandest Boat Shows, the tradition was born to recognize the "Queen of the Show."  The finest new boat of grand and exotic proportions was found to receive this honor.

This year, the Grand Rapids Boat Show is proud to recognize the 43S Azimut to be displayed in Grand Style in the center of the show, courtesy of Azimut Boat Company and Skipper Bud's.

A special unveiling of the Queen of the Show will be held on Wednesday at 4pm!

The Rail Jam!

The Rail Jam slides through the Grand Rapids Boat Show as professional wake boarders show off thier amazing skills!  Wake boarders are pulled across a pool by a power winch, launched onto a rail where incredible stunts are preformed, and landed into a second pool.  This is action sports up close and in your face!  It's as exciting for the riders as it is for the spectators.  Instead of watching riders from shore, spectators are now just a few feet away.  The Grand Rapids Boat Show is pleased to bring the Rail Jam to DeVos Place!
